Homebilbao manages tourist homes and seasonal rentals. We put our experience for more than four years at your disposal. We manage apartments in Bilbao and Bizkaia seeking the maximum satisfaction of owners and guests without forgetting their integration with neighbors and close surroundings. Sustainability, coexistence and profitability are our objectives.

-How can I reserve an apartment?

1º- Choose the apartment that you like the most and best suits what you are looking for.

2º- Take into account the capacity that appears in the file of each apartment since the number of guests indicated cannot be exceeded. (children included - check availability of travel cots).

3º- Select the dates on which you want to make your trip. During this selection you will be able to see if the dates are available or not.

4º- Check the reported price and the possible seasonal offers or for the duration of the stay. The final price includes taxes, cleaning, welcome breakfast, and supplies (water, electricity, gas, WIFI, cable TV).

5º- Once the reservation is made, we will contact you through the email you have provided us to confirm dates, destination and method of payment.

- Way to pay.

We have the following forms of payment:

> Paypal.

> Credit or debit card.

- Deposit.

To cover possible damages to the apartment, upon arrival a deposit must be paid by credit or debit card, the amount of which appears on the apartment file.

This amount will be returned at the end of the stay, as long as all the requirements for it are met. This refund will be made effective in the same form of payment made for the deposit. If exceptionally it has been made in cash, the refund will be made by transfer.

The deposit will be retained in whole or in part if damages are found in the apartment caused by the client during their stay. Likewise, an extra cleaning charge will be applied (it will vary according to each apartment when the apartment is not returned in reasonable cleanliness and order (dirty kitchen, excess garbage or disorder).

- Cancellation of a reservation.

Reservations may be canceled at any time taking into account the following conditions:

If canceled 7 or more days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded.

If you cancel 6 or less days before arrival you will have to pay 100% of the amount of the reservation, discounting the cleaning costs.

Rules

- There are travel cots available to guests that can be requested at the time of booking to make them available at the time of arrival.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Most of them have an outside terrace where you can do it.

- We seek sustainable tourism where tourists, neighbors and owners can coexist in balance, for which we ask our guests to respect the environment and not make noise after 9.30 pm.

- We are animal lovers, in fact we have pets and we are aware that being able to travel with yours is an added value but we also think about the neighbors and the possibility that pets are left alone in a strange space for them and can disturb the tranquility of the neighbors. That is why we ask you to consult before coming with a pet.
